02 - 15 millilitres olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

→ Fettuccine Alfredo

07 - 225 grams fettuccine pasta
08 - 15 grams butter
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 240 millilitres heavy cream
11 - 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste
14 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
15 - Red pepper flakes, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Coat both sides of the steaks with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Allow the steaks to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
02 - Heat a skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
03 - Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente. Drain, reserving 60 millilitres of pasta water.
04 - In the same skillet used for the steaks, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan and whisk until smooth.
05 - Add the cooked fettuccine and reserved pasta water to the sauce. Toss to evenly coat the pasta. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
06 - Arrange the creamy fettuccine Alfredo in serving bowls. Top with sliced Cajun steak. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Enhance the Alfredo sauce with a squeeze of lemon juice or a drizzle of truffle oil for a refined finish.
