12 - Additional shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
13 - Ranch dressing or mayonnaise (optional)

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, onion, and cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated, taking care not to overmix to maintain tenderness.
02 - Divide the mixture into 6–8 equal portions and shape each into 2 cm thick patties.
03 - Preheat grill or large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil cooking surface. Place patties and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C and patties are golden brown and cooked through.
04 - Toast burger buns on the grill or in the skillet for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
05 - Place each cooked patty on a toasted bun. Add preferred toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of ranch dressing or mayonnaise if desired. Cap with the top bun and serve immediately.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Avoid overmixing the patty mixture to ensure burgers remain tender and juicy.
