# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 ball fresh buffalo mozzarella
02 - 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - Flaky sea salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - 2 fresh buttery croissants

06 - Fresh basil leaves (optional)
07 - Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Slice the fresh mozzarella into even, medium-thick slices and arrange them artfully on a rustic plate.
02 - Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the mozzarella slices to coat each piece lightly.
03 - Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add fresh basil leaves or halved cherry tomatoes if desired.
04 - Heat the croissants in a preheated oven at 150°C for 5–6 minutes, until lightly crisp on the outside and soft within.
05 - Place warm croissants beside the prepared mozzarella and serve immediately as a light meal or appetizer.
