# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
05 - 180 g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 180 ml milk
07 - 28 g unsalted butter
08 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
10 - 6 strips crispy bacon, chopped

→ Assembly

11 - 6 large flour tortillas
12 - 15 ml oil or unsalted butter, for toasting

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and black pepper until fully browned. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to a bowl.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add milk, garlic powder, paprika, and shredded cheddar. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
03 - Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until entirely coated. Fold in the cooked beef and half of the chopped bacon pieces.
04 - Spoon portions of the macaroni mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Top with additional bacon if desired. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.
05 - Heat oil or butter in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place rolls seam-side down and toast each for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
06 - Slice the rolls in half and serve hot, optionally accompanied by dipping sauces such as ranch, barbecue, or spicy mayonnaise.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Assembling the rolls while the filling is still warm ensures the cheese remains creamy and easy to handle.
02 - For extra crispness, weight the rolls gently in the pan while toasting.
