01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 15 millilitres olive oil
03 - 15 millilitres soy sauce
04 - 15 millilitres freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish

11 - 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
12 - Oil, for frying or air frying
13 - Salt, to taste
14 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gently pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the marinade and set aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
02 - Preheat grill pan or barbecue to medium-high heat. Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes each side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. Rest chicken for several minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs.
03 - Heat oil in a deep pan or preheat air fryer to 200°C. Fry or air-fry potato strips until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt. Serve with lemon wedges.
04 - Arrange grilled chicken steak on a serving plate. Add a generous portion of fries, tomato slices, red onion, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Present with BBQ sauce or ketchup on the side.
