01 - 3–4 small potatoes, cubed
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 60 millilitres grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

07 - Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Combine potato cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Arrange seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway, until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
04 - Transfer roasted potatoes to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
