Dragon Fruit Mango Layered Smoothie (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Bottom Mango Layer

01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
02 - 60 ml orange juice or coconut water
03 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
04 - 2 to 3 ice cubes

→ Top Dragon Fruit Layer

05 - 120 g dragon fruit pulp, preferably pink-fleshed
06 - 60 ml coconut milk or almond milk
07 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
08 - 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
09 - 2 to 3 ice cubes

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh mint leaves
11 - 1/2 lime, sliced
12 - Fresh raspberries

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Place chopped mango, orange juice (or coconut water), chia seeds, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled tall glass, filling it halfway. Freeze for 5 minutes to set the layer.
02 - Rinse the blender. Add dragon fruit pulp, coconut milk (or almond milk), lime juice, sweetener if desired, and ice cubes. Blend until frothy and smooth.
03 - Gently pour the dragon fruit mixture over the back of a spoon onto the mango layer to achieve defined layers.
04 - Top with fresh mint leaves, a lime slice, and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately while chilled.
