Place chopped mango, orange juice (or coconut water), chia seeds, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled tall glass, filling it halfway. Freeze for 5 minutes to set the layer.

Rinse the blender. Add dragon fruit pulp, coconut milk (or almond milk), lime juice, sweetener if desired, and ice cubes. Blend until frothy and smooth.

Gently pour the dragon fruit mixture over the back of a spoon onto the mango layer to achieve defined layers.

Top with fresh mint leaves, a lime slice, and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately while chilled.
