01 -
Slice bananas thinly and combine with a pinch of salt and the optional sugar for caramelization. Set aside.
02 -
Coarsely crush Oreo cookies and reserve for garnish.
03 -
Lay roti dough or pastry wrappers flat on a lightly oiled surface. Arrange banana slices in the center in a compact square layer. Fold edges inward to fully enclose the filling, forming a sealed envelope.
04 -
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter and place the folded roti seam-side down. Pan-fry for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown and crisp. Drain briefly on paper towel to remove excess oil.
05 -
Cut the cooked roti into 9 squares or triangles. Arrange portions on a white plate. Sprinkle generously with crushed Oreos, drizzle with dark chocolate sauce, and add sweetened condensed milk if desired.
06 -
Melt 60 ml dark chocolate chips and 30 ml cream or milk together, either in a microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth before drizzling.
