Layers of tiramisu and coffee ice cream with whipped cream and Amaretto, served elegantly in a glass coupe.

# What You'll Need:

→ Ice Cream Base

01 - 1 scoop coffee ice cream
02 - 1 scoop tiramisu ice cream or vanilla mascarpone ice cream
03 - Ladyfinger crumble or chocolate sponge, optional base layer

→ Toppings

04 - Freshly whipped cream, sweetened, stiff peaks
05 - 2 teaspoons Amaretto liqueur or coffee syrup
06 - Cocoa powder or chocolate dust, for garnish
07 - Chocolate-covered coffee beans or chocolate shavings, optional

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Ensure the glass coupe or sundae dish is clean and well chilled. Optionally, place a layer of ladyfinger crumbs or a soaked chocolate sponge at the bottom.
02 - Carefully position one scoop of tiramisu ice cream and one scoop of coffee ice cream side by side in the prepared glass, creating distinct layers.
03 - Generously pipe or spoon sweetened whipped cream on top of the ice cream scoops. Evenly drizzle Amaretto liqueur over the cream and ice cream. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
04 - Adorn with chocolate-covered coffee beans, chocolate pearls, or fresh mint leaves if desired. Present immediately while the whipped cream maintains its structure.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For a non-alcoholic version, use coffee syrup in place of Amaretto.
02 - Chill serving glasses before assembly to enhance presentation and prolong the dessert’s texture.
