Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over each piece of dough, then roll each piece tightly to form logs.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan.

Place rolled dough onto prepared baking sheet. Generously brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
