# What You'll Need:

→ Produce

01 - 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
02 - 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
03 - 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach leaves
04 - 1 cup (165 g) pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

→ Liquids

05 - 120 ml cold water or coconut water

→ Optional Additions

06 - Juice of 1 lemon
07 - Ice cubes, as needed

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel carrots and beetroot. Chop carrots, beetroot, and pineapple into chunks suitable for blending or juicing.
02 - For a juicer: Process carrots, beetroot, spinach, and pineapple. For a blender: Combine all produce, lemon juice if using, and 120 ml water. Blend until smooth. For a clear juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
03 - Pour juice into chilled glasses or a carafe. Add ice cubes as desired. Garnish with a slice of beetroot, pineapple, or carrot stick if preferred.
