# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
02 - 240 ml milk (dairy or plant-based such as almond or oat)
03 - 15 ml honey or maple syrup, adjusted to taste
04 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract (optional)
05 - 120 g ice cubes or frozen banana for added creaminess
06 - Pinch of salt (optional, to enhance flavor)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Peel and pit the avocado. Gather all ingredients and ensure they are measured accurately.
02 - Place avocado, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract if using, ice cubes or frozen banana, and a pinch of salt into a blender.
03 - Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture is creamy and frothy.
