11 - 120g Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
13 - 1 clove garlic, finely grated
14 - Salt, to taste

→ Spicy Sauce

15 - 2 tablespoons sriracha or hot chili sauce
16 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
17 - 1 teaspoon vinegar
18 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

→ Assembly

19 - 4 large flatbreads (pita, lavash, or Turkish bread)
20 - 1 cup (50g) shredded lettuce
21 - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
22 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
23 - Pickles or shredded cabbage (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper. Add the sliced meat and mix thoroughly to ensure even coating. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours for optimal flavor infusion.
02 - Preheat a grill pan or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated meat until deeply caramelized and fully cooked, about 8–10 minutes, turning for even coloration. Rest briefly, then slice into thin strips if needed.
03 - Mix all garlic sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the spicy sauce components. Refrigerate both sauces until assembly.
04 - Heat each flatbread briefly on a dry pan or grill until softened and warm.
05 - Lay the warmed flatbreads flat and layer with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, and hot meat. Generously drizzle with garlic and spicy sauces. Roll or fold the bread tightly to encase the filling.
06 - Place completed wraps on serving plates or boards. Accompany each with golden fries and a chilled drink. Optionally, garnish with extra sauce and lemon wedges.
