Tender salmon fillets air fried to a golden finish with savory spices—ready in minutes for a tasty meal.

# What You'll Need:

→ Salmon Preparation

01 - 2–3 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless, approximately 150–180 grams each
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme or dried dill
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Finishing & Garnish

09 - 1 lemon, cut into wedges
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub each fillet thoroughly with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme or dill, salt, and black pepper. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the top of the salmon fillets and gently massage it in.
02 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket with the skin-side down, ensuring there is space between each fillet. Cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is golden on top and flakes easily with a fork.
03 - Transfer the cooked salmon to plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Optionally, drizzle with melted butter or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For extra flavor and crisp texture, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard beneath the spice rub.
02 - Incorporate a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes into the seasoning blend for added heat.
03 - Serve alongside roasted vegetables, steamed rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
