Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Batter

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup water or milk
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Vegetable

08 - 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

→ Buffalo Sauce

09 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
10 - 1–2 tablespoons melted butter, optional

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water or milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
02 - Add cauliflower florets to the batter, tossing gently until every piece is evenly coated. Shake off any excess batter to prevent clumping.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Lightly grease the air fryer basket. Arrange battered cauliflower in a single layer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
04 - In a clean bowl, combine buffalo sauce with melted butter if desired. Add hot cauliflower florets and toss gently until each piece is thoroughly coated.
05 - Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately, accompanied by dressing and celery sticks if desired.
