Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat up.

Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Place it on parchment paper. Lightly brush with olive oil.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat and gently scramble the eggs until just set and creamy. Set aside (do not overcook).

Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the crust. Add the creamy eggs and sausage pieces. Tear a few basil leaves and scatter them on top.

Transfer the pizza (on the parchment) onto the preheated tray or stone. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden and crisp, and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven. Garnish with extra basil and optional chili flakes. Slice and serve hot.
