Golden-crusted pizza with creamy scrambled eggs, savory sausage and fresh basil - a delicious breakfast-dinner fusion.

# What You'll Need:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 1 prepared pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
02 - Olive oil, for brushing

→ Creamy Eggs

03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Toppings

07 - 200g (7 oz) Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
10 - A handful of fresh basil leaves
11 - Red chili flakes for garnish (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat up.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Place it on parchment paper. Lightly brush with olive oil.
03 - In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat and gently scramble the eggs until just set and creamy. Set aside (do not overcook).
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the crust. Add the creamy eggs and sausage pieces. Tear a few basil leaves and scatter them on top.
05 - Transfer the pizza (on the parchment) onto the preheated tray or stone. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden and crisp, and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from oven. Garnish with extra basil and optional chili flakes. Slice and serve hot.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Use high-quality sausage for better flavor.
02 - Don't overcook the eggs—keep them soft and creamy.
03 - Preheating the baking surface helps the crust cook evenly.
04 - Serve hot with a fresh green salad or roasted tomatoes.
05 - A drizzle of chili oil or garlic aioli can enhance the flavor.
06 - Wrap leftovers in foil or an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
07 - Reheat in a toaster oven or skillet to retain crispiness.
