Place white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Gently melt over a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

In a clean bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until creamed. Add cooled white chocolate and blend until uniform.

Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate cream cheese mixture. Continue folding until fully combined and fluffy.

In individual glasses or dessert jars, layer crushed biscuits at the bottom, followed by a layer of white chocolate mixture, then sliced strawberries. Repeat layering once or twice, finishing with cream on top.

Transfer assembled parfaits to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to set.

Garnish each serving with extra strawberry slices or a whole strawberry. Present chilled.
