No-Bake White Chocolate Strawberry Parfait (Printable Version)

Creamy white chocolate mousse, fresh strawberries, and crunchy biscuits in elegant, no-bake dessert layers.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 200 ml heavy cream
02 - 100 g cream cheese, softened

→ Chocolate

03 - 200 g white chocolate

→ Strawberries

04 - 6–8 fresh strawberries, sliced
05 - Extra strawberries, for garnish

→ Biscuits

06 - 4–6 crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

→ Flavourings & Sweeteners

07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Place white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Gently melt over a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
02 - In a clean bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until creamed. Add cooled white chocolate and blend until uniform.
04 - Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate cream cheese mixture. Continue folding until fully combined and fluffy.
05 - In individual glasses or dessert jars, layer crushed biscuits at the bottom, followed by a layer of white chocolate mixture, then sliced strawberries. Repeat layering once or twice, finishing with cream on top.
06 - Transfer assembled parfaits to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to set.
07 - Garnish each serving with extra strawberry slices or a whole strawberry. Present chilled.
