# Steps To Follow:

01 - Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until blended. Heat oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook until almost set. Distribute mushrooms and spinach on one side, then fold the omelet in half. Serve with avocado slices and a ramekin of red salsa or chili sauce.
