Tuna Salad Poke Bowl (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1 cup mixed greens (arugula, baby spinach, red oak leaf), washed and dried

→ Protein

02 - 80 grams tuna in oil, drained and gently flaked

→ Vegetables

03 - 5 cherry tomatoes, whole or halved
04 - 25 grams yellow sweet corn, cooked or canned, drained
05 - 3 thin slices radish

→ Dairy

06 - 4 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

→ Garnish

07 - Chopped parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
09 - Lemon wedges or vinaigrette, to serve on the side (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Thoroughly wash and dry mixed greens. Halve cherry tomatoes if desired. Thinly slice radish. Drain mini mozzarella balls.
02 - Drain tuna in oil and gently flake into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place mixed greens at the base of a clear bowl. Arrange tuna, tomatoes, mozzarella, sweet corn, and radish in separate sections over the greens.
04 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately without dressing, or accompany with lemon wedges or a small container of vinaigrette on the side as preferred.
