# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

→ Butter Sauce

08 - 115 grams unsalted butter
09 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
10 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 - Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Pat chicken dry and coat both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange chicken in the pan and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side, cooking until golden and internal temperature reaches 74°C. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
02 - Reduce skillet heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic. Mix in lemon juice and parsley, stirring well. For a spicier profile, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
03 - Return chicken to the skillet. Spoon garlic butter sauce generously over the chicken. Let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and a lemon wedge if desired.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For even browning, avoid overcrowding the skillet so the chicken sears properly.
02 - Let the chicken rest briefly after cooking for the juiciest texture.
