01 - 1 pound (450 g) breakfast sausage
02 - 1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese

05 - 1 bag (900 g) frozen tater tots
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
03 - Spread the cooked sausage evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage.
