Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Arrange the coated halloumi sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, chili flakes, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Warm gently until the mixture just begins to bubble, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.

Arrange the hot halloumi on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the honey-lime glaze. Garnish with extra crushed pistachios, lime wedges, and fresh chopped herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
