Creamy halloumi with pistachio crunch, hot honey-lime drizzle, and a zesty, sweet-spicy finish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Pistachio-Crusted Halloumi

01 - 225 g halloumi cheese, cut into thick sticks
02 - 65 g shelled pistachios, finely chopped
03 - 15 g panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1 large egg, beaten
05 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - Oil spray for air fryer

→ Hot Honey Lime Glaze

08 - 45 ml honey
09 - 0.5 tsp red chili flakes, or to taste
10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - Zest of 0.5 lime
12 - Pinch of salt

→ Garnish (optional)

13 - Extra crushed pistachios
14 - Lime wedges
15 - Fresh chopped cilantro or mint

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a shallow bowl, combine the finely chopped pistachios, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and black pepper. Place the beaten egg in a separate shallow bowl.
02 - Individually dip each halloumi stick into the beaten egg, then roll to coat thoroughly in the pistachio mixture, gently pressing so the coating adheres evenly.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Arrange the coated halloumi sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
04 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, chili flakes, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Warm gently until the mixture just begins to bubble, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
05 - Arrange the hot halloumi on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the honey-lime glaze. Garnish with extra crushed pistachios, lime wedges, and fresh chopped herbs if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ensure the halloumi sticks are spaced apart in the air fryer to achieve maximum crispness.
02 - For an extra vibrant finish, prepare the glaze just before serving so it remains warm and glossy.
