Sweet Chili Chicken Dinner (Printable Version)

01 - 450 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 120 ml sweet chili sauce
03 - 30 ml soy sauce
04 - 8 g cornstarch
05 - 30 ml olive oil
06 - 15 ml minced garlic
07 - 5 ml minced ginger
08 - 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
09 - 150 g broccoli florets
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

12 - Sesame seeds, for garnish
13 - Green onions, sliced, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken pieces, toss thoroughly to coat, and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 7–10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic, ginger, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
04 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Add any remaining marinade and stir. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through and well glazed.
05 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
