14 - 5 g honey
15 - 2 g garlic powder

→ Garnishes

16 - 5 g black sesame seeds
17 - 1–2 scallions, finely sliced

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar or honey, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add the thinly sliced beef and mix until evenly coated. Allow to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar or lemon juice, honey, and garlic powder until a smooth consistency is achieved. Refrigerate until ready to use.
03 - In a saucepan, bring beef or chicken broth to a gentle simmer. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Adjust the amount of gochujang to control the spice level, stirring well to combine.
04 - Preheat a skillet or grill pan over high heat. Sear the marinated beef slices for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until lightly charred yet tender. Set aside.
05 - Add ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions, typically 3 to 4 minutes, until just tender.
06 - Transfer cooked noodles and broth into serving bowls. Arrange the grilled beef slices over the noodles. Drizzle the prepared creamy sauce on top.
07 - Sprinkle black sesame seeds and sliced scallions over each bowl. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Adjust the spice intensity by varying the amount of gochujang in the broth.
02 - Thinly slicing the beef ensures quick and even cooking.
03 - For best presentation, use a deep, dark bowl to highlight the broth and garnishes.
