# What You'll Need:

→ Meatloaf

01 - 680 g lean ground beef
02 - 60 g plain breadcrumbs
03 - 120 ml milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 60 g cooked bacon, crumbled
11 - 60 g chopped pickled jalapeños
12 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 60 g cream cheese, softened

→ Drizzle

14 - 60 ml ranch dressing

→ Garnish

15 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl. Let stand 2–3 minutes to allow absorption.
03 - Add ground beef, egg, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Mix gently until just incorporated.
04 - Transfer mixture to prepared pan, shape into a loaf. Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 71°C.
05 - Allow to rest for 10 minutes before drizzling with ranch dressing and sprinkling with chopped parsley.
