# What You'll Need:

01 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 120 ml sour cream
03 - 60 ml mayonnaise
04 - 115 g shredded mozzarella cheese, plus extra for topping
05 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 15 ml olive oil
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 30 g fresh spinach, chopped (or 60 g thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry)
09 - 225 g raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, chopped
10 - 225 g lump crab meat
11 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
12 - 2 g crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
13 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Set oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a medium baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until opaque and pink. Add chopped spinach and stir just until wilted. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Add shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, the sautéed shrimp and spinach mixture, crab meat, red pepper flakes if using, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Transfer the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle additional mozzarella over the top.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbling with a lightly browned surface.
06 - Finish with chopped fresh parsley. Present warm, accompanied by toasted bread, crackers, pita chips, or tortilla scoops.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For enhanced browning, broil for the final 2–3 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid overcooking.
