Boil lasagna noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain and spread out to prevent sticking. Let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix chopped shrimp, shredded imitation crab, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce evenly over the base of a medium baking dish.

Lay out each noodle on a flat surface, spread an even portion of the seafood filling over each, and carefully roll up from one end.

Place each rolled noodle seam-side down into the prepared baking dish.

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over all roll-ups.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the roll-ups.
