Shrimp Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups (Printable Version)

Lasagna noodles wrapped around shrimp, crab, and creamy cheese, baked in Alfredo sauce until golden.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 9 lasagna noodles
02 - 1 cup (about 140 g) cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - 1 cup (approximately 120 g) imitation crab meat, shredded
04 - 2 cups (480 ml) Alfredo sauce
05 - 1 cup (250 g) ricotta cheese
06 - 1 cup (110 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 0.5 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Set the oven to 190°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Boil lasagna noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain and spread out to prevent sticking. Let cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix chopped shrimp, shredded imitation crab, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce evenly over the base of a medium baking dish.
05 - Lay out each noodle on a flat surface, spread an even portion of the seafood filling over each, and carefully roll up from one end.
06 - Place each rolled noodle seam-side down into the prepared baking dish.
07 - Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over all roll-ups.
08 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the roll-ups.
09 - Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10 - Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and the sauce is bubbly.
11 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Let noodles cool slightly before spreading filling to prevent tearing.
02 - Use real crab for a more authentic seafood flavour if preferred.
