02 - Butter, for greasing the pan
03 - 1 onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
05 - 300 grams minced meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 100 grams cheese, grated (mozzarella or cheddar recommended)
08 - 1 bunch parsley, chopped
09 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

→ Egg wash

10 - 1 egg yolk, for glazing

→ Yogurt sauce

11 - 2–3 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - 3–4 tablespoons plain yogurt
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Melt a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and golden.
02 - Add minced meat to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried basil. Cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned and fully cooked through.
03 - Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the chopped hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, and chopped parsley, mixing well to combine. Set aside to let the filling cool slightly.
04 - Preheat the oven to 150°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into desired shapes, such as squares, rectangles, or circles.
05 - Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each pastry piece. Fold the dough over to encase the filling and press the edges to seal fully.
06 - Transfer pastries to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg yolk to achieve a golden finish.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until pastries are golden brown and puffed.
08 - In a bowl, combine chopped pickled cucumbers, minced garlic, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until smooth and well blended.
09 - Serve pastries warm, accompanied by the yogurt sauce on the side.
