01 - 240 ml milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, or coconut)
02 - 120 g unsweetened pumpkin purée
03 - 30 ml maple syrup (or honey or agave)
04 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
05 - 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

07 - 25 g granulated sugar
08 - 1.5 g ground cinnamon
09 - Tiny pinch of salt
10 - Maple syrup or simple syrup, for adhering

→ Garnish

11 - Whipped cream (dairy or non-dairy)
12 - Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for dusting
13 - 1 cinnamon stick or star anise
14 - Edible flower or mini autumn leaf (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a small pinch of salt in a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of two chilled martini glasses with maple syrup or simple syrup. Dip each rim into the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring an even coating. Set aside.
02 - Add milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a blender or cocktail shaker. Blend or shake vigorously until fully smooth and creamy.
03 - Chill the blended mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, or serve immediately over ice. Strain the mocktail into the prepared martini glasses.
