# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g frozen French fries or homemade French fries

→ Topping

02 - 225 g ribeye steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
03 - 0.5 green bell pepper, sliced
04 - 0.5 orange bell pepper, sliced
05 - 0.5 onion, sliced

→ Seasoning and Cooking

06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder

→ Cheese

10 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese
11 - Cheese sauce or melted American cheese, optional, for topping

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Bake or deep-fry the French fries according to the packaging or until golden and crisp. Set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion, green bell pepper, and orange bell pepper; sauté until soft and aromatic, about 4–5 minutes.
03 - Add thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin to the skillet. Sauté until browned and just cooked through, 2–3 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat.
04 - Layer the cooked fries on a large serving plate. Distribute the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the fries. Sprinkle shredded cheese across the top.
05 - Broil under medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes, or microwave until the cheese is bubbling and melted. Drizzle with cheese sauce or melted American cheese if desired.
06 - Finish with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper or a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
