# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts (halved lengthwise for 4 cutlets)
02 - 1/2 cup flour
03 - 1 large egg + 2 tbsp milk (beaten)
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt & pepper to taste
08 - 3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

→ For the Garlic Cream Sauce

09 - 2 tbsp butter
10 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - Salt & black pepper to taste
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Pound chicken cutlets to even thickness. Dredge each piece in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally coat in the mixture of Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to rest.
03 - In a clean pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in cream, reduce heat, and simmer 2-3 minutes. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and let thicken slightly.
