02 - 3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or unsalted butter

10 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until fully browned. Transfer beef to a plate and set aside.
02 - Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the same skillet. Add diced potatoes and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and just tender.
03 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the potatoes. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
04 - Return browned beef to the skillet. Stir in paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine the flavors.
