No-Bake Banana Pudding Lasagna (Printable Version)

Creamy layers of vanilla pudding, bananas, and wafers for a cool, dreamy, no-bake treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy and Cream

01 - 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
02 - 360 ml cold whole milk
03 - 1 container (225 g) whipped topping, thawed

→ Dry Mixes

04 - 1 box (145 g) instant vanilla pudding mix

→ Fruit

05 - 4–5 ripe bananas, sliced

→ Biscuits

06 - 1 box (312 g) vanilla wafer cookies

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold whole milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken. Refrigerate for 5–10 minutes to allow it to set slightly.
02 - Gently fold half of the thawed whipped topping into the pudding base. Mix until smooth and creamy with no streaks remaining.
03 - Arrange a layer of vanilla wafer cookies in the bottom of a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) dish. Cover with an even layer of sliced bananas. Spoon over half the pudding mixture and spread evenly. Repeat the wafer, banana, and pudding layers. Finish by spreading the remaining whipped topping evenly over the top.
04 - Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to let the flavors meld and the wafers soften.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Add mango slices or toasted coconut flakes atop the dessert before serving for a subtle tropical accent.
02 - Slice portions directly from the chilled dish for easy serving. Garnish with additional banana slices or crushed wafers for presentation.
03 - Prepare the dessert a day ahead for optimal flavor and texture.
