# What You'll Need:

→ Ice Cream Base

01 - 3.8 liters half-and-half
02 - 300 grams granulated sugar
03 - 120 milliliters light corn syrup
04 - 15 milliliters vanilla extract
05 - 2.5 grams fine salt

→ Mix-Ins

06 - 170 grams semisweet chocolate chips
07 - 170 grams peanut butter cups, chopped

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk half-and-half, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous.
02 - Pour the combined mixture into an ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer’s instructions, agitating until a soft-serve texture forms, typically after 25–30 minutes.
03 - Add semisweet chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups to the partially frozen ice cream. Continue churning for 2–3 minutes to ensure even distribution of mix-ins.
04 - Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container, smoothing the surface. Freeze for at least 4 hours until the texture is scoopable and firm.
05 - Scoop the set ice cream into serving bowls or cones and enjoy immediately.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Chilling the base mixture for several hours before churning can improve final texture and flavor intensity.
