Mixed Grill Steak Lamb Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Proteins

01 - 1 beef sirloin or ribeye steak (300–400 g)
02 - 4 lamb chops, Frenched
03 - 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3 cm cubes
04 - 2 pljeskavica (Balkan minced meat patties)

→ Chicken Marinade

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
09 - Juice of ½ lemon

10 - 250 g ground beef
11 - 250 g ground lamb or pork
12 - 1 small onion, finely grated
13 - 1 teaspoon paprika
14 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper

→ Vegetables

15 - 1 red bell pepper, halved or thickly sliced
16 - 1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
17 - 1 red onion, sliced into rings or wedges
18 - Olive oil, for brushing
19 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper

→ To Finish

20 - Fresh parsley, rosemary, or thyme
21 - Lemon wedges
22 - Sea salt flakes
23 - Olive oil, for serving

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss chicken cubes to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread onto skewers.
02 - Brush bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Mix ground beef, ground lamb or pork, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined. Form into two large flat patties.
04 - Prepare a grill for high heat cooking. Oil grill grates lightly before use.
05 - Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill or sear 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare or desired doneness. Rest before slicing.
06 - Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Grill 2–3 minutes per side until golden and pink at the centre.
07 - Grill chicken skewers 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and lightly charred.
08 - Grill patties 3–4 minutes per side until edges are crisp and meat is cooked through.
09 - Grill peppers, zucchini, and onion slices 4–5 minutes per side until softened and lightly charred.
10 - Arrange grilled meats and vegetables on a board or platter. Garnish with fresh herbs, lemon wedges, a drizzle of olive oil, and flaky sea salt.
