Mixed Grill Plate (Printable Version)

A hearty combination of grilled classics featuring a simple cheeseburger, rosemary-infused sirloin, and perfectly seared sausages.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheeseburger

01 - 1 beef burger patty (110g)
02 - 1 soft hamburger bun
03 - 1 small slice of cheddar cheese (optional)
04 - 2-3 pickle slices
05 - 1 tsp mustard or ketchup (optional)
06 - Lettuce or grilled onions (optional)
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Sirloin Steak

08 - 1 sirloin steak (2.5 cm thick)
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil
10 - Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
11 - 1 sprig fresh rosemary
12 - 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)

→ Sausages

13 - 2-3 pork, beef, or mixed sausages
14 - Splash of water or beer (optional, for pan cooking)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Season the beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill or pan-sear on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Lightly toast the hamburger bun if desired. Assemble by placing the patty on the bottom bun, adding pickles and optional toppings, then finishing with the top bun.
02 - Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and cracked black pepper. Preheat a cast-iron pan or grill to high heat and add olive oil. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until deeply browned. During the final minute, add the rosemary sprig and crushed garlic to the pan for aroma. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
03 - For grilling: cook sausages over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. For stovetop: brown sausages in a pan, then add 2-3 tablespoons of water or beer, cover to steam through, then uncover to finish browning.
04 - Arrange all components on a large plate with the burger slightly off-center, steak angled with rosemary on top, and sausages grouped together. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Use a large neutral plate or rustic ceramic dish for serving this hearty combination.
02 - For best presentation, place burger slightly off-center, angle the steak with rosemary on top, and group sausages together.
03 - A light garnish such as a lemon wedge or sprinkle of coarse salt works well with this dish.
