08 - 115 grams cream cheese, softened
09 - 60 millilitres mayonnaise
10 - 60 millilitres sour cream
11 - 60 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 - 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
13 - 1 clove garlic, minced
14 - 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional

→ Topping and Garnish

15 - Crispy shallots or caramelized onions, to taste
16 - Microgreens or arugula, for garnish
17 - Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
18 - Balsamic glaze, optional, for drizzling

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder on all sides.
02 - Heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat in a skillet. Place chicken skin-side down and sear until golden brown, approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish.
03 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes if using.
04 - Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken piece in the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 75°C and the topping is bubbling and golden.
05 - Scatter crispy shallots or caramelized onions over the baked chicken. Garnish with microgreens and pomegranate seeds. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired before serving.
