Remove seeds and peel from the honeydew and cantaloupe. Cut the flesh into small, uniform cubes.

Place honeydew, cantaloupe, cold water or coconut water, fresh lime or lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup (if using) into a blender.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous.

Pass the blended juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture, if desired.

Pour the juice into a chilled glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf or a thin melon slice on the rim.
