# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed and chilled
02 - 1 cup cantaloupe melon, cubed and chilled
03 - 120 ml cold water or coconut water
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
05 - 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

→ Garnishes

06 - Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
07 - Ice cubes (optional)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Remove seeds and peel from the honeydew and cantaloupe. Cut the flesh into small, uniform cubes.
02 - Place honeydew, cantaloupe, cold water or coconut water, fresh lime or lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup (if using) into a blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous.
04 - Pass the blended juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture, if desired.
05 - Pour the juice into a chilled glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf or a thin melon slice on the rim.
06 - Consume immediately while well chilled for optimal flavor and texture.
