# What You'll Need:

01 - 400 g cooked chickpeas
02 - 1 tomato, diced
03 - 0.5 cucumber, diced
04 - 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
05 - A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
06 - A few fresh mint leaves (optional)

→ Dressing

07 - Juice of 1 lemon
08 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - If using canned chickpeas, rinse and drain thoroughly.
