# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine ground meat with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley if using. Form mixture into small meatballs and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
02 - In a pot over medium heat, warm the mashed potatoes with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
03 - Reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Spread the prepared mashed potatoes evenly in a greased baking dish. Arrange the baked meatballs on top of the potato layer. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
