# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 900 g ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Sauce

08 - 120 ml sugar-free ketchup
09 - 60 ml yellow mustard
10 - 60 ml mayonnaise

→ Toppings

11 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 - 3 large eggs
13 - 125 g shredded cheddar cheese
14 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x33 cm baking dish with oil or non-stick spray.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart while cooking. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
04 - Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Allow the spices to toast for one minute.
05 - In a bowl, mix the sugar-free ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Pour the sauce into the skillet and blend thoroughly with the beef mixture.
06 - Transfer the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
07 - Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the beef mixture.
08 - Whisk the eggs until well combined, then pour them evenly over the contents in the baking dish.
09 - Scatter the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
10 - Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
11 - Allow the casserole to rest for several minutes after baking before slicing and serving.
