# What You'll Need:

→ Cheeseburgers

01 - 2 brioche burger buns, sliced
02 - 2 beef patties (150g each)
03 - 2 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices fresh tomato
05 - 2 crisp lettuce leaves
06 - 2 teaspoons mayonnaise or burger sauce (optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon butter or oil
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Crispy Fries

10 - 2 large russet potatoes
11 - Vegetable oil, for frying
12 - Salt, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into thin sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat completely dry.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 175°C. Fry potatoes in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and season with salt. Keep warm.
03 - Season beef patties on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or oil. Sear patties for 3–4 minutes per side.
04 - In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese atop each patty. Cover briefly to melt the cheese fully.
05 - Lightly butter the cut sides of the brioche buns. Toast in a pan until golden and crisp.
06 - Spread mayonnaise or burger sauce on the base of each bun, if desired. Layer lettuce, a cheesy beef patty, and tomato slices. Close with the top bun and press gently.
07 - Arrange each cheeseburger on a plate with hot, crispy fries. Serve at once while fresh and warm.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For extra crispiness, ensure fries are dried thoroughly before frying and do not overcrowd the oil.
