06 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional)
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables

14 - 300 g baby potatoes
15 - 200 g broccoli florets
16 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
17 - Salt, to taste
18 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
19 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Set aside.
02 - Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes until fork-tender. In a separate pan or steamer, steam the broccoli florets for 5 to 6 minutes until vibrant green and just tender. Drain well, then toss both vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper before serving.
03 - Pat the salmon fillets dry and season on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4 minutes until golden and crisp.
04 - Flip the fillets carefully. Spoon the prepared glaze over the salmon and continue cooking for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, regularly basting the fillets with the sauce until the fish is cooked through and caramelised on the surface.
05 - Arrange the salmon fillets on plates alongside the baby potatoes and broccoli. Drizzle extra glaze over the top and garnish with chopped fresh herbs. Serve immediately, finishing with a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ensure the salmon is not overcooked for maximum moisture; it should flake easily with a fork and remain juicy at the centre.
