Preheat oven to 190°C. Shape each wonton wrapper into a taco shell using a muffin tin or drape over a utensil handle. Lightly mist wrappers with cooking spray or brush with oil. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until golden and crisp.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, honey, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes if using. Sauté, stirring often, for 5 to 6 minutes until chicken is cooked through and glazed.

Blend avocado, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding a splash of water or milk if required. Optionally, add a pinch of garlic powder or cumin.
