# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Filling

01 - 680 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
02 - 45 ml honey
03 - Juice and zest of 2 limes
04 - 30 ml olive oil
05 - 15 ml soy sauce
06 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
07 - 1.25 ml chili flakes, optional

→ Taco Shells & Toppings

08 - 12 wonton wrappers
09 - 100 g shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
10 - 8 g chopped fresh cilantro
11 - 8 g sliced green onions
12 - Cooking spray or neutral oil, for baking

→ Avocado Crema

13 - 1/2 ripe avocado
14 - 60 ml sour cream or Greek yogurt
15 - Juice of 1/2 lime
16 - Salt, to taste
17 - Pinch garlic powder or ground cumin, optional

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Shape each wonton wrapper into a taco shell using a muffin tin or drape over a utensil handle. Lightly mist wrappers with cooking spray or brush with oil. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until golden and crisp.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, honey, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes if using. Sauté, stirring often, for 5 to 6 minutes until chicken is cooked through and glazed.
03 - Blend avocado, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding a splash of water or milk if required. Optionally, add a pinch of garlic powder or cumin.
04 - Divide honey lime chicken among crisp wonton shells. Top each with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and sliced green onions. Drizzle with avocado crema before serving.
