02 - 1 slice cheddar cheese
03 - 2 slices fresh tomato
04 - 1 burger bun, lightly toasted
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 teaspoon olive oil

→ Sirloin Steak

08 - 1 sirloin steak, approximately 250g
09 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
12 - 1 sprig fresh rosemary

→ Sausages

13 - 2 pork or beef sausages
14 - 1 teaspoon oil or butter

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Form ground beef into a patty and season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Heat a pan over medium-high heat with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Sear the beef patty for 3–4 minutes per side until well browned. Place cheddar cheese on top during the final minute to melt.
03 - Lightly toast the burger bun. Assemble by layering tomato slices and the melted-cheese patty inside the bun.
04 - Pat the sirloin steak dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
05 - Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, placing a fresh rosemary sprig beside it while grilling.
06 - Transfer the steak to a board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
07 - In a separate skillet, add 1 teaspoon oil or butter and cook sausages over medium heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and cooked through (10–12 minutes).
08 - Arrange the cheeseburger, sliced sirloin steak, and sausages on a rustic wooden plate or board. Present attractively and serve immediately.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking and proper browning of meats.
02 - Allow all meats to rest briefly after cooking for optimal juiciness.
03 - Use fresh rosemary to impart aromatic depth to the steak.
