# Steps To Follow:

01 - If using wooden skewers, submerge them in water for 20 to 30 minutes to prevent scorching during grilling.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until combined.
03 - Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring even coating, and let stand for 15 to 30 minutes to absorb flavors.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
05 - Thread 4 to 5 marinated shrimp onto each skewer, making sure they lay flat for even grilling.
06 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink and slightly charred.
07 - Transfer shrimp skewers to a serving plate. Present with lemon wedges and chilled dipping sauce on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For best results, pat shrimp dry before marinating to enhance sear and flavor absorption.
