Grilled Meat Cheese Wrap Pickles (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Wrap Base

01 - 2 large flour tortillas

→ Meat Filling

02 - 225g grilled beef or lamb, sliced or chopped
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese & Vegetables

05 - 120g shredded mozzarella or provolone
06 - 1 tomato, thinly sliced
07 - 60ml sliced pickles
08 - 30g sliced red onion, optional

→ Sauce & Garnish

09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or garlic sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon olive oil, for brushing

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Grill or pan-sear the beef or lamb until juicy, slightly charred, and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.
02 - Warm the tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
03 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or garlic sauce along the center of each tortilla. Evenly distribute grilled meat, shredded cheese, tomato slices, pickles, and optional onion. Fold sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure.
04 - Preheat a grill pan or sandwich press over medium-high heat. Brush the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil. Grill each wrap for 2 to 3 minutes per side, gently pressing, until golden with distinct grill marks and the cheese is melted.
05 - Let the wraps rest for 1 minute before slicing in half, if desired. Serve immediately, upright or flat on a plate.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For extra heat, add jalapeños to the filling. Lettuce can be included for added crunch, or drizzle with BBQ sauce or honey mustard for a different flavor dimension.
