02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

05 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops. Let them sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes (or refrigerate up to 4 hours, then bring to room temperature before grilling).
02 - Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat. Grill lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
