# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 onion, diced
03 - 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
04 - 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 120 millilitres tomato sauce

→ Assembly

09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - 3 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise
11 - 240 grams fried rice
12 - 240 millilitres nacho cheese sauce
13 - 240 millilitres sour cream
14 - 1 cup (40 g) tortilla chips, crushed

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking up large pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Stir well and let spices bloom for 1 minute. Pour in tomato sauce, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
02 - Lay each flour tortilla flat. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon spicy mayonnaise down the center. Add a generous spoonful of fried rice, drizzle with nacho cheese sauce, top with a dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips. Add a portion of the seasoned beef filling on top.
03 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. If desired, sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese blend onto the skillet. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until the exterior is crispy and golden.
04 - Serve burritos hot, accompanied by additional spicy mayonnaise on the side for dipping.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Roll tortillas tightly to avoid spillage and maintain a compact structure during grilling.
