Take a portion of dough and flatten, pressing a piece of chocolate bar into the center. Wrap dough completely around the chocolate, shaping into a thick disc.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Arrange dough discs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
